A note about our recent month long rental at 110 Ruby Ave. We had a great time and everything was just as you stated both on the website and in our phone conversations. Lots of extra linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes etc. The washer and dryer was nice and came in handy during the month. The garage was great especially on street sweeper days! All our guests loved the house and we plan on a return visit next year. Thanks again for your help in making our stay so memorable .

Christine Hehir introduced us to this wonderful Little Balboa property eight years ago and we have enjoyed it every year since then! Balboa is such a great place for water activities, beaches, riding bikes and walking. Restaurants and stores are only two blocks from this quiet waterfront property. Our grandkids love the home, especially playing in the sand and water by the front patio. !

Christine has helped my family with a once a year rental house on Balboa island since about 2005. She has always done an excellent job and provided "keys" in a timely manner. Christine is a pleasure to work with, usually "visits" once or calls during the family visit to be sure everything is going along smoothly. I highly recommend her!

Charming family friendly beach house, walk to ferry & 501 Park Ave restaurant/coffee shop. Front porch is morning sun friendly. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, ample living space & attached garage. Owner & property manager immediately respond to renter needs.

We had a great time, thank you!. Great Place. Reminded me of my grandparents house built in the 30's on Harbor Isand. All knotty pine inside. Nothing but bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. We'll do this again!
